Held at The Vineyard’s Clubhouse on February 22, 2024
Meeting called to order by Marilyn Duncan treasurer 6:30 PM.

Officers not present President Larry Azevedo, Vice President Jessica Lance.
Officers present Marilyn Duncan Treasurer and Fran Gurule Secretary.

Minutes from January 25,2024 meeting approved as published.
Secretary report: read Thank You for helping fix Model T Fire Truck from Shriners. Sending out welcome packet 5 new members.
Treasurers Report: Purchased from Vistaprint brochures, business cards and door magnets. Motion to approve Vistaprint expenditures Mark Dominguez. Second by Jeff Richards. Approved. No motion needed to reimburse Marilyn Duncan for Siteloc12 subscription since part of budget.
Audit: Janice Guana: Audit showed all in order. Account register balanced and in order.
Membership: 93 members on Current Roster. MTFCA insurance approved.
Telephone report: Linda Riel still calling. Let her know if want to be added to list.
Meeting Refreshments and T’n Vittles: still lots of openings. Please sign up.

Newsletter: Paul Duncan sent out. Lots of good articles so be sure and read.
Valencia High School: Paul Duncan. Events put on hold due to an internal problem at school.
Historian: Marilyn Duncan: Tin Lizzies have had meetings at Vineyard 16 1/2 years. This our last meeting at Vineyard. Next meeting Domingo Baca. More info to follow in Email.
Website: Sharon Dominguez: Website up and running. If anyone has a problem let her know.
Hospitality: Fran Gurule: cards sent to Paul and Marilyn Duncan and John Hayne.
Librarian: Mark Dominguez: Books ready to be checked out.
Work Day: Paul Duncan: February 3, 2024 Shriners fire truck worked on and fixed.
Club Event: Mark Dominguez: Chocolate Fantasy Deco February 3,2024. Mark Dominguez, Kirk Peterson and Paul & Marilyn Duncan participated with their cars. Go to website for pictures.
Announcements
Marilyn Duncan: Picture taken by Andy Andrews of Durango tour will be on cover of Vintage Ford. Thank You to Betty Housholder for all her work over the years in setting up and arranging for the Vineyard to be our meeting place. Collage of pictures and cake served to honor her hard work.
